Esther. 20. Junior illustration major at Syracuse University. On a mission to get fit and healthy! Since I began my journey, I've lost about fifteen pounds, and now that my body-fat percentage is down to a healthy zone, I've spent the last few months focusing on building muscle, and have since gained six pounds of healthy, solid muscle! Thanks to exercise and eating clean, I've never felt happier or more confident in my entire life.
